Agile’s site Manager utilizes the communication platform to enter quantity on hand of all products in stock from a prepopulated list determined by our Client. This can be completed on an established and agreed upon frequency.

That data generates an alert to the our Client designated contact that an inventory count has been received. That report can denote a need to order replenishment based on inventory quantities you will establish.

Any new product ordered and received into inventory can be manually entered and added to the prepopulated list of products. Just as any products you wish to be removed from the list can be removed.
